I can very easily sign in and see all the DG Coupons so I don't believe it is the Malwarebytes' Browser Guard. Have to say though, your description is very confusing. Are you saying that she doesn't actually see a page with graphics or colors but just is seeing a list or only text? *Please see my attachment*
I use Both Firefox and EDGE. When I opened the main page with Firefox, and I stay signed in I never log out, I can see the full page with colors, graphics and all. However several times in recent days when I used EDGE I got a text only page like I believe you are describing. Both of my browsers, Firefox and EDGE have the Malwarebytes' Browser Guard installed so I doubt that is the problem but if you feel that it is then I would suggest that you do this;
Go to a command prompt (click Start type cmd and pres enter) and type (without quotes) "ipconfig /flushdns" (note the space before the /) and then try going to that site again.
If that doesn't work then double click on the Browser Guard and go to Settings and click the button that says, Pause/Resume BrowserGuard. See if that makes a difference. If it doesn't then the only other option is uninstall it.

I have Browser Guard installed and just visited the Dollar General Website with no problems. Website displayed without issues. Everything looked normal to me. It is the first time I have been on that website so I have nothing to compare it to.

Which browser is your wife using when this happens ? You didn't say and that is a MUST because we have to have all the information in order to correctly help you.
You said the EDGE browser works fine on Dollar General, do you have the Browser Guard installed on it?
I do have it on both Firefox and EDGE. I have occasionally had trouble using EDGE so my feeling is that it isn't the Browser Guard, especially since it is that one web site and no others and it happens occasionally on EDGE not every time.

As I also said, you can uninstall it completely if it causes problems for you. There is no rule anywhere that says you have to keep an extension that causes problems for you.
EDIT: I did report your problem to Malwarebytes' Forum so maybe they can come up with a solution for you.

I have received a response from the Malwarebytes' Forum concerning the problem of seeing Text only on the Dollar General Web site or some portions at least of the web site and here is their reply: You can also make additional changes yourself on the portions of the site that still shows text only. You said she had problems viewing coupons so go to the coupon page and if text only still shows then do the following:
Go to whatever page that only shows text. Click the Browser Guide Icon. Then TURN OFF the button on the left that Blocks Ad & Trackers. Close that out and refresh the page. Be aware that all you do on this site now may be tracked.

When you say "the old gal is getting old and i am keeping it going as long as i can" I hope you mean the computer not your wife The Dollar General site caused the problem because, as the Malwarebytes' forum responder said, "This website uses several trackers to keep track of everything you do"
I just checked for the heck of it and on the coupon page there were 52 different trackers, which is why it showed only text. If you turn that part off as I showed you then you should be ok.
