It cannot be used anymore because Adobe is stopping it from running as of Jan. 12th. All browsers that had it will not allow it to run so it really cannot hurt anything. It is totally discontinued. Go to Programs and Features and Uninstall it from there. Web sites that used to require it, some games won't even work anymore because Adobe has disabled its use. Read this information directly from Adobe. All your questions should be answered; Adobe Flash Player End of Life

I figured that MS would of removed it already. Looking at updates, on 10/30/2020 I had a security update for it. In regular programs I only show Winflash by Asus installed on 10/28/2015 Ver. 3.0.1 Which is when I got this laptop

In regular programs I only show Winflash by Asus installed on 10/28/2015 Ver. 3.0.1 Which is when I got this laptop MS had updates only because Adobe continued to release updates, all of those were security updates. Adobe stopped and therefore so did MS. It is dead and buried. If you read the link I posted it gives full info.
ASUS WinFlash provides owners of ASUS mainboards with a quick and simple way of updating the system BIOS software. Winflash by Asus has nothing to do with Flash Player. ASUS WinFlash allows you to check the BIOS file before initiating the flash operation on ASUS motherboards.

Think that I will just use Revo uninstaller and let it take care of everything.

Well, it doesn't show up in Revo.
Will go another route.

Why are you looking for it? You already said that it doesn't show in Programs and Features. If it doesn't show there then it isn't on your computer.

The security update is there. So I am thinking that maybe it is hidden by MS.

You've got me intrigued now!
Where are you seeing this security update?
I have looked at all my updates for the last year and there is nothing from adobe.
EDIT: My apologies, the update is there but if you click on it, it opens and tells you that Flash is being discontinued.
I think you are giving yourself a lot of worry about nothing.
There is also the option on the updates page to uninstall updates and the flash player update is listed. I would take advice from Judy though before considering removing the update.

I received and successfully installed KB4598242 yesterday evening. On completion there was a pop up notification from Adobe (see attachment) advising the end of Flash Player and giving the option to Uninstall it by clicking the provided uninstall button, which I did.

The security update is listed as installed updates on my system BUT if I check on the uninstall list, it is not there anymore.
Think really Bill that you are worrying for nothing. Especially since you say you never used it and never installed it then I would stop being concerned. All Windows 8 and 10 version 1909 systems received that security update from MS in October as a safety precaution. On systems that DID have Flash installed it was automatically disabled from all browsers by MS in Dec. 2020.
If you are still concerned MS released a Windows Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player on October 26th If you are still concerned then go HERE
to download the proper update for your system, it is a long list but there is one for each specific system so you will have to look through and find yours, and run it.
To be certain check the Add-ons on all the browsers you use and see if it is listed and if it is then disable or remove it. But it honestly cannot even be used now even if it is listed there and for it to cause a security problem it has to be in use not just sitting there.
I had ONE game I play that required the use of Flash and since Adobe announced in 2019 that they were going to stop support in Jan. 2021 Flash remained but was disabled on my browsers and in order to use it on that one site I had to turn it on. As soon as I left that site then it was automatically disabled again. It stopped working completely on Jan 10th. My game now uses HTML on all browsers except Firefox. The game creator has not yet created HTML for use on Firefox so for now I cannot play the game using Firefox but CAN use it on all other browsers.

Not really that worried about it. Just thought that maybe MS would have had an update to remove it with their regular updates.

It was not an app from MS so they would not have had an app to remove it, it was made by Adobe and they automatically offered the removal application as Everton noted in her post.
