that is the full message i get i can use chrome or i have Avast safe browser . it sits there and loads sometimes it gives that error i did a google search and found this. i asked the question because i dont know here is another report it gives Oops! We ran into some problems.

hold on i have cleared Browser Cache and Cookies i have done the disk clean up the only thing new is the ad blocker extension { Uninstall the Unwanted Extensions from your Internet Browser) as in what would they be No extensions installed yet is what i get when going to extensions i came here with questions

Are these browsers up to date ? Your Chrome should be Version 88.0.4324.182. Did you clean up the cache of both of them ? When you cleaned the Chrome Cache in Privacy & Security did you use the Basic or Advanced Tab ?
You can reset Chrome to is default settings in Settings/Advanced - did you do that? I would do that if I was in your position but I am no expert on Chrome as I don't use it as my default browser.
Have you tried using Edge?

when i say no matter what browser that is exactly what it mean Avast does same thing i try I/E or chrome i looked in extensions last not it showed none only yahoo and the forum page does it { Have you tried using Edge?} yes i included that as I/E . I DONT LIKE the attitude i got when asking for help. when this was world start in the active days . there was all kinds suggestions, i understand the volunteer and i think its great.. but i come back in here with extra details of what i was expensing. i said in my reply that i had done previous what was suggested

Internet Explorer is not Edge. It is unwise to use IE as it has major security problems.

Are your browsers all up to date ?
I repeat what I said before - we can’t know what you don’t tell us. For instance I enquired which Avast browser you have and you have not said. Nor did you say what version of Chrome. We can not read minds.

As you have followed all suggestions made by volunteers and are still having such major issues my final suggestion is that you pay an expert to take a look and hopefully fix things for you. Possibly further advice could have been given here but it is your choice to ask no more questions just as it is the choice of members here to give up their time and help to the best of their ability.

You previously said you did Disk Cleanup and nothing else. The link given several times also give three more things you must do;

Clear DNS Cache
Clear Windows Store Cache
Clear Location Cache

Did you do ALL of those also? If not then you will continue to have problems.
