Looks like Windows 11 is on it’s way to the public. I need a new laptop but I want to wait until Windows 11 is already installed when I buy it. Has anyone used the Beta version yet?

Thanks. I looked and I will wait until next year. My laptop is too old to accept Windows 11 but it is still usable.

If you need to buy a new laptop or computer it makes sense to get one with Windows 11 installed. As I have said in multiple posts there is nothing exciting, needed or wanted in Windows 11 in my opinion. It's Windows 10 in a new dress. All my computers are Windows 11 ready and have passed Microsoft's PC Health Check program and Why Not Win 11 compatibly check program but I see no reason to update yet. Some promised features (ability to run Android apps for one example) are not yet in the released version of Windows 11. Like I said I'm going to wait a while and let Microsoft finish the product and fix the bugs that are always found after the release of a revised product. I have been been using the preview version since inception and overall I had few problems with Windows 11 preview.
