I don't have a Microsoft account. I don't use the Microsoft Store Apps and if One Drive is using the cloud I don't have that either. I think thats why those 3 things have the yellow marks.

I don't use One Drive either but my anti-virus does NOT show green. Did you do the scans as instructed?
Go to Virus Protection Settings. EVERYTHING there should be turned ON.
App and Browser control doesn't only apply to Microsoft Store Apps. Every computer automatically has Apps on it when you get it. SmartScreen protects against phishing or malware websites and applications, and the downloading of potentially malicious files. It should be turned on. Yours evidently is not.
Did you open App and browser Control and open Reputation Based Protection Settings? All of those should be turned ON Exploit Protection should all be set to Default.
If you don't use a Microsoft Account then click Dismiss.

I've done everything as you said. Now all is green except for the Virus & Threat protection because of One Drive not being set up. Do I just dismiss it?

Go to Security -> Virus & Threat protection button -> Ransomware protection -> Click slider to 'Off' position for Controlled folder access. The warning should disappear

I still have the little yellow mark for the Ransomware to set up One Drive. Do I just dismiss that?

Hit Dismiss. The KEY one that should be Green is the one on the Front Page of Windows Security.; Virus and threat protection
Is yours Green? That is the KEY one.

I cannot see it but looks like there could be a DIsmiss option below the Ransomware protection. If so, hit Dismiss. I am headed out to a meeting and will check back when I get home

I didn't know how to printscreen the whole page. There is a "dismiss" down below that. I'll click on that.
