Have never used it or had it installed since my credit union is not partnered with them and it only targets a very small specific type of malware. I do know that over the years there have been times when it has become incompatible with various versions of Firefox and could not be installed or would just not work. It is Not listed anywhere at Mozilla as one of the recommended Add-ons so I don't know what to tell you. You shouldn't have to keep installing it though because according to their web site it automatically updates itself. I found nothing about it being incompatible with the current version of Firefox but that doesn't mean that it is not. Since you cannot get it installed then chances are it is not compatible.
