I know it has been a while but I did not want to pull the trigger too quick. My brother just sent me an old HP notebook to clean up for him and when I sent it back, he called and thanked me and also mentioned that he is no longer getting the blue screen on his ASUS computer. I guess the driver update did the trick. Thanks to all for your invaluable and generous help. Happy New Year!
