I have a LG Premier Pro LTE Tracfone. After a recent update to my phone, I no longer have the Play Store icon or app on my phone nor can I open My Account. My Account tells me this app will not run without Google Play Services, which by the way, is installed. I did not uninstall Play Store, but I need it back. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this. I am getting no where with Tracfone support. Sure hope someone can help me.

I don't have an LG phone but is there a way to roll back the update or maybe trying to reinstall the update? I would also try recontacting support, perhaps a different tech person could help.

Just for a bit of background... have you double checked "settings" to see if either one is listed as installed.

I am not familiar with android phones but would suggest you power off your phone and reboot. With my Apple phone I have sometimes had to do that after an update Look in your settings and ensure google play services is enabled..

Sorry to take so long to get back to thank everyone for their support, but finally tonight I was able to get my problem taken care of. I spent more than an hour on the phone with Tracfone; first with someone I couldn't understand and then her supervisor who was just a little better. He had to consult his supervisors finally and they determined the problem was not on their end but LG with their latest update. I then called LG and after them taking me to places I had never been to in my phone, it was decided that I had to do a Factory Data Reset and she emailed me the detailed instructions. Sure will make me wonder about future updates. Thank you again for offering your assistance. Jean
