A new web browser is in town. The new browser is called Ccleaner Browser and yes it is related to the well known ccleaner tool. You can find more info at the following link: www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/browserI'm not a big lover of ccleaner so I have not tried the browser yet. If anyone tries it out let us know what you like/don't like about it.

I thought it had been around for ages. I am sure I was offered it by CCleaner last year. Anyway I just installed it and after a very short play with it it seems fine to me. Clean interface, easily imported settings from Edge. Very fast. It DID make itself my Default browser but that was simple to change. Oddly CCleaner Browser does not appear in the cleaning list in CCleaner I will check it out further when it is not 3am If it does all it claims I think its worth a look at. It feels a lot like Google Chrome, which CCleaner has in the past pushed.
I did a bit of research and found this "Piriform quietly introduced CCleaner browser based on Chromium for Windows without any announcement and is available for download:" That was in June 2019, and before Avast became owners.

Ha, here it is 3 am once again.
I have used this browser on and off. Its fine, no problems that I can see except that even when it has not been used since my last CCleaner use data relating to it still shows up after a new analysis. I do not understand why. I think I will uninstall it as I don't need it. .

I have no plans of installing or using. I already have 4 browsers, two that I use regularly and I am happy with those.
