I do not need CCleaner log.

You have been told all of this before on March 1, 2018. Nothing has changed since then.

Copy/Paste works here just like anywhere else.

On the Log

Select what you want to copy:
Right-click on the mouse.
Click Copy.
Click in the document or field where you want to insert the text.
Click Paste.

Sounds to me like your Avast is the problem for sure. Uninstall it but don't re-install it. Hold off and see what happens. I am using the built in Windows Security and it works super! If you uninstall Avast then Windows Security should automatically turn on. It automatically updates and with the virus protection and firewall you should be in good shape.

Did you actually run Malwarebytes' last week? All you said was that there was no log. Malwarebytes' Always produces a log. You DID run AdwCleaner by Malwarebytes' but it at least appears to me that you actually did not run Malwarebytes' program. That is an Absolute Must.

Three hours ago I told you to uninstall Avast but now, three hours later I find out that you have not done that. Also three hours ago I asked you;

What safely aborted this connection?

Avast? Windows Defender? Windows Firewall, What?

Even if nothing is found by Malwarebytes' the log should Always be posted because it contains other valuable information about the computer. You chose not to post it. Too late now

Now you still have not answered those questions and you finally have decided to remove Avast. I am asking you please, if you ask for help then please follow the instructions, requests or suggestions given. If you don't then everyone, including yourself are doing nothing but wasting time.

I am sorry I didn't get right back to you but I was outside mowing my yard as I am a single homeowner and have things to get done on my day off from work, I have uninstalled Avast and so far nothing has shown up I am sorry I didn't pose the log from Malwarebytes as when it said nothing was found I figured it was clean of any virus. I have not had any problems with my computer until the Avast thing kept coming up.

My point really didn't have anything to do with time, my point was you hadn't really answered any questions I posed. Therefore, Avast is now gone, which is good. Now leave it off of there and see what develops. You need to be sure however that Windows Defender IS turned on. To do this go to Settings, Update and Security, Windows Security. Make sure all noted items in my print screen show with green arrows and say No Action Needed. If anything shows as not turned on then click it and you will be taken to the page where you turn it on. Just click the button and it should turn on.
