Smart Watch or Fitness Tracker
Asking for help on getting a Smart Watch or Fitness Tracker as I don't know anything about them or where to even get information needed to decide. I would like to get possibly something that will give me time, track my steps so I can improve my exercise ( I need all the help I can get in getting healthy) remind me I'm sitting too long, & so many things I can't think of. I do not have a smart phone, only a flip top, so can't use anything that needs to rely on a smart phone. I don't want anything that needs to have a program with a monthly payment. Friend has a Flip Bit Charger but she has a monthly fee for programs. I wasn't able to find what it will do if you do not purchase this program. Can someone give me some ideas? I would really like any help you can give me. Thanks Char
