I have a HP6100 printer When printing items that are red color they come out in green.I have cleaned 3to 4 times .changed all the cartridge's no help.the machine says the heads are good.Any Idea? thank you. Shimmy |

Thank you this did not help I guess its a new printer. I know you said you cleaned the cartridges several times and changed them too but did you also follow the instructions given there to calibrate the colors and to clean printheads all three levels? Did you contact HP? I have had to do that several times with my different HP printers over the years and they truly were most helpful and problems were corrected. |
