To see all installed apps (including Universal Windows Apps)installed in Windows 10 open "Run" and type shell:AppsFolder and click OK.
The folder will open and from there you can right click any one to create a shortcut for the desktop, or pin to start menu etc
Like me you may be surprised a how many you have !
