Is your OS fully up to date? Is your computer set to automatically update?
How many things are running all the time in the background?
Can you hear the fan working? Overheating is probably the #1 reason a computer will shut down on its own. Your fan could be failing or dust, dirt, food remnants, hair, and other stuff can overheat your computer by preventing proper air circulation so unplug the machine and make sure that all the vents are clean and not blocked.
Do you overclock the machine? If so it is possible that it cannot meet the increased power required if you do this.
Hardware problems can cause a computer to shut down randomly. Faulty or out-of-date drivers can lead to random shutdowns in Windows 10. You don't say who your computer mfgr is but I know with my Dell's I can run a scan for out dated drivers and you get notification of new ones available from the hardware mfgr site.
Could be out of date or corrupted software.
Also use the System File Checker to check for and repair corrupted System Files.
Those are a few items you can check and often known to cause unwanted shut downs.
You show you are running Avira Free. Really a 3rd party av program is not necessary today with Windows 10. The Excellent built in Windows Defender AV program and Firewall is all you need. That is all I have since Windows 10 came out. Of course I still use SpyareBLaster, Superantispyware and Malwarebytes' Free because none of those run all the time in the background.
My PC is H P & up to date, automatic.
Only have a couple of tabs pinned on tab bar.
Fans are running, can see them. Keep vents clean at least once a week. Nothing to block vents are nearby.
Overclock! What is that?
How do I check for out of date drivers?
Check software & use system file checker, how?
Do I need Avira, or drop it?
