Try deleting the offending email from your web mail.

So where does the email go when you delete it? Do you see it in your deleted email folder?
Is your deleted folder overloaded ? Does it need to be emptied? Have you compacted the inbox and deleted folders ?
Is your Thunderbird up to date (91.11.0) ? Have you scanned for viruses ?

Thunderbird, like all email programs, requires an email server to send and receive mail. Sounds like you don't have your servers configured correctly. You need to check those out to be sure they are set up within Thunderbird correctly

What web server do you use? Here is the Help Page for Thunderbird, which is a Mozilla product. support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/thunderbird

You might try in Thunderbird going to account settings and DELETE the account. Then reconfigure your account.

my settings are correct i dont get the email through my server email it inly comes through thunderbird and its same one for some reason it will not bring new incoming messages . thunderbird has done good till 2 days ago after 7 am Whether you know it or not ALL mail does come through the server TO your Thunderbird mail program. You keep saying the settings are correct, have you actually looked? All it takes is one space out of line or a period in the wrong place and then Thunderbird will not receive mail. You said you can send but not receive, this tells me that your settings for Incoming Server in Thunderbird are incorrect. If you tell us Who your mail server is then we can help you set them up correctly. By giving us the mail server you would not be giving us any personal information just the server so that we can give you the correct configuration. One thing people forget when setting up their mail program is to be sure the correct PORT is selected. Is yours correct?

When did you change your email address? It shows here on your registration as gmail.

Glad to see your settings are correct
Here is a suggestion from Everton; In Thunderbird in server settings you can opt out of leaving messages on the server. If you have it set to 'until I delete them' and if you never have then they may have exceeded the allowable number. You also need to check on the windstream web mail for the same thing. All web mails have a limit to the number of mails you can have sitting there, this icluded all folders. If you have never deleted any mails then it is possible you have exceeded the limit and therefore nothing else will come in until there is room for them to be accepted.

What version of Thunderbird are you using ? I have read there are some problems with v 102 which followed on from 91.11.0. I'm sorry I made a mistake in the latest version earlier. Yo did not confirm which version you have though. For some people 102 caused various issues and caused instability.
The latest is 103 which has only just been installed on my Thunderbird in the past few minutes. It seemed to miss out altogether on 102, maybe because of the problems that were reported, I have no idea.
If you are on 102 the update to 103 may be helpful

Joet, Thanks for news you have it fixed.
I have a confession - the most up to date version of Thunderbird offered as an update via the program is afterall 91.11.0. 102 is only available as a direct download from thunderbird.net and not as an upgrade from Thunderbird version 91 or earlier. My mistake was having thunderbird open in front of Firefox and I looked at the browser update number by accident. I would be really interested to know which version you have. If 102 was causing your problems I would like to avoid it. Did you download 102 ?
