I have a question and I hope I can ask it so you know what I'm talking about. I have an Android phone and two Hotmail email addresses. I have the Hotmail app on my phone where I can get my original Hotmail emails. A couple of months ago I made a another Hotmail email address for myself, is there a way I can go back and forth, checking both email accounts from my phone like I can on the computer? If so can someone be very explicit in how to go about doing it.
Thank you.

I don't use Hotmail or have an android phone but I have searched high and low and couldn't find any answer for this. The only close answers were 5 to 9 years old and I wouldn't trust something that old. Have you checked with the place where you got your phone? They may be able to help you. Sorry.

Hi Wantalearn ..... Here's a link that explains the process quite simply, actually gives you 3 different ways to add multiple accounts to your android phone.... So you don't get confused by Microsoft ( They try so hard to confuse anyone they can or get to buy their broken programs) , remember that Hotmail has been removed by Microsoft and is now included in the Outlook apps and programs from Microsoft.... you can still use any accounts that consist of the "your name or choice @ hotmail.com" as all of them with the hotmail extension are included in the Outlook.com application from Microsoft as they try to get folks to buy their various programs like Outlook365, etc.... so keeping two or more accounts that end in XYZ @ hotmail.com is no problem as they just open up in the Outlook.com application on your device or it's included email program...... That said, here is the website that lays out the steps quite simply for you to add several outlook accounts to your android phone (or tablet) email program:
www.alphr.com/setup-hotmail-android/I don't use Windows OS anymore, only Apple devices with Apple OS as I got tired of Microsoft breaking/malfunctioning/confusing, but I also have several outlook/hotmail email accounts that I use on all my device email programs that came with the Apple devices called "Mail"... brought them over from my Windows OS days but the setting up the multiple accounts (along with Gmail and Yahoo accounts) is similar in both the Apple and the Android operating systems.... As that website shows you, if you would like you can download the free Outlook email program onto your device(s) but that is not required and you can use the included email app that came with your device and is likely called " Mail" or " Email" that you click on to open to your mail ... it's all your choice for what you are comfortable with ...... Main thing is to have fun with your device, which is really just a small computer that has a phone app included with the operating system so you can telephone folks .....

Thank you Judy for trying to help, I was like you the only answers I came up with were old and didn't know if I should try them or not so I chickened out and didn't. No, I never checked where I got my phone, they would be absolutely no help at all, unless they have other people working in there then what there was the last couple times I was in there asking for help.

Sign out of one and sign into the other. MrBill, part of my problem was I didn't know how to add that new email address so I could sign in of one and out of the other.

That's good to hear.... .... You've earned your sign-in name of "Wantalearn" and didn't give up but tried to solve your issue.... Folks here are very happy to help, especially those that don't give up trying.... Might be frustrating at times, but it's FUN when all comes together.... So many different ways to work around issues with computers, just matter of finding the resolution that works comfortably for you..... Was going to even suggest you use the native email program that came with your phone for one of the email accounts, and also download the "outlook.com" mail app and put your other hotmail account in that, but you've found a satisfactory workaround for you and that's what matters..... Bottom line is have fun with your cell phone "mini sized computer" and ignore all those scam callers who are not in your address book for your peace of mind....
