I don't know how it happened but those check marks don't go away. It's on my husband's old HP Laptop windows 10, he doesn't know what he did. I included part of a screenshot. If you can help I would very much appreciate it.  |

Thanks very much for your help. I looked at the website you mentioned and I followed the instructions and in the end got rid of the check marks.
Every time I come here with problems I get the help I need👍👍. Don't ever go away please 🙏
