Since nothing else calls this file a ROOTKIT then I would ignore it. Frankly, I would recommend you stop using and then uninstall SuperAntispyware
From what I found the file found is NOT a rootkit but a file that is part of Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility which is used to overclock, monitor, and stress a system. Ignore it. If somebody else has another answer they will let you know.

I think Judy's suggestion to uninstall it and find something else is the right action to take. I had never heard of Super antispyware before so I looked for reviews. Reviews I found were not positive. Amazon reviews were split at about 20% foe each of the 5 stars that let you select

Have to be honest here, I rarely run any scans anymore. I know in the past lots of scans were recommended but now with the excellent protection of Windows Security I don't use other programs. Since Windows 10 Windows Security was proven to do an excellent job of protection and auto scanning that I have pretty much allowed it to do the protection. My own experience with SuperAntispyware in the past made me decide to be rid of it. I had much the same experience that yout have had I decided the problem was with SuperAntispyware and not with rootkits, trojans and whatever it found but no other programs found. IF and I stress, IF something seems amiss, which is rare, the my go to scanner is of course MalwareBytes. That is the only extra anti malware program I have installed on my computer and use it when I am suspicious of something with a site I have visited.
