I beg your pardon???
I didn't believe I would post here again but I find I must now do so in order to defend myself and my attempts to help you.
You first posted the information from the mini-dump in post #3
I replied to this post in my post #6 Regarding your post of the nirsoft print screens in post #8
I DID reply to you in post #10
This proves my point and it all tells me that you failed to read virtually every piece of information and every instruction I gave you throughout this thread.

Thank You Judy... Calm down! its only a computer.
I have researched this all evening. Every single answer I have found gives the same information
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033
BCCode: 3b This locale indicates a a graphics card driver crash
This is true, but the graphics card driver update in post #2 that was newer that you supplied was later deleted per you request and the older "original" was reinstalled again.
So, what else is wrong with the graphics driver if the updated one didn't help? The information points to the graphics driver according to the information gathered, but it hasn't made any difference.
I ran the Windows Memory Diagnostics and it found nothing wrong. Which was recommended by PC World as a method to test the RAM.
Respectfully, Ralph
