Barney, it is a Protea, a South African flower loved by florists. Botanical name is leucospermum.

Barney, it is a Protea, a South African flower loved by florists. Botanical name is leucospermum. Thank you for that. It is part of a bouquet that I had delivered for Jean last week to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary.

It is a beautiful bouquet. The proteas will last for ages. Congrats on your anniversary. A real big one next year !! Gold. We had our 48th in April.
