A runtime error is a software or hardware problem that prevents a program from working correctly. Runtime errors might cause you to lose information in the file you're working on, cause errors in the file (corrupt the file) so you can't work with it, or prevent you from using a feature. We need much more information, is this being used on your Windows 10 computer? This Hallmark version is of course 11 years old and no longer supported. When does this error happen, when you are using it or some other time?

it just pops up when I start MY PC. I CLOSE IT and everything works ok. Sounds to me as if you have Hallmark 2006 to auto start when the computer starts up. That program is known to set itself to auto start which is totally unnecessary. It can easily be started manually if you need to use it. I don't have that program so first look in the settings of the program and see if there is a place where that setting is enabled, if so, turn it off. If you cannot find a setting in there, likely it will be hard to find because they make it hard on purpose, but do look. If you cannot find it within the program then you'll have to look in Startups and see if it is in there. You can find these in the Task Manager under the Startup Tab. If it is in there then highlight it and click the Disable button at the bottom right corner. Then reboot the computer and see if you still get this error.

You're most welcome. Happy to help. Now when you use it be sure to check after you close it to be sure it didn't put itself back into auto start. Some programs just override your settings and jump back into auto start.
