There is no way for us to know that because we don't know what updates you have already installed. You have to give us that information before we can tell you that. Go to Start and type in winver in the Search box and click on that when it appears. That will give you the Windows version you have. Also tell us when the last time was that you did update Windows 10. Go to PC Settings, Update and Security. There you can find out your update history.
Why don't you want to update Windows? It is absolutely vital that you keep your system 100% up to date. If you have not kept up with the updates then your computer IS at risk. Key to good security is to keep Windows fully up to date. Plus now with Windows 10 some programs will not work correctly if you don't keep the system fully up to date AND other programs often can't update with an out of date Windows system.
If your Windows has been kept up to date then it could be Windows 10 Creators Update which was released in August. As with all major updates they are rolled out slowly in order to ease the number downloading and installing at the same time. If you already have it then your version would read Windows 10 version 1703.
If you don't have that version then that is what needs to be installed. You MUST do it. I received it on Sept. 13. No problems with the install at all and in fact didn't even realize the update was installing until I received the notice not to turn off my computer because the update was being installed. You Do need this.

What Judy said. Windows 10 automatic update is painless and trouble free for 99.9% of users. There is no reason I have found to update W10 any other way than automatic.

I have downloaded it last night. The reason I asked about it is I am on automatic. This was a window that ask to restart start now or to set a time or Snooze. Never had anything like that before. Thank you

I have downloaded it last night. The reason I asked about it is I am on automatic. This was a window that ask to restart start now or to set a time or Snooze. Never had anything like that before. Thank you The window you received is perfectly normal, very, very common and has been since as far back as I can recall with many operating systems updates, not just Windows 10. Some operating system updates, and I do mean some, not all, require a reboot in order to complete the update correctly. Why? Because some files cannot be updated if they are in use and by doing the reboot those files will Not be in use early in the reboot process and therefore can be updated. The only thing Automatic means is the update will begin to happen without the user manually selecting to update, that is all, it does not mean that there won't be additional steps needed by the user for the update to happen correctly. When users fail to follow the instructions, like the one you received, then this is often the reason their computers fail to update correctly. If users ignore this request too many times then the update process itself can be broken and not work at all again without repairs being done. Follow the update instructions. I stress again, sometimes this will be required when Windows updates and sometimes it will not be required, both are normal.
