i have an acer laptop that has a bad keyboard. in searching for a new one whether it be on ebay, amazon, or wherever, they are a the same, not like mine.ie attached the picture of mine and the ones onilne. notice the power button is above esc on mine, on the other one it doesnt have one. ps the edges on mine are tapered upward...looks lke the ones online are designed to fit under a solid panel, mines not... what do i do in this case? its model v5-531 Attachments:

i watched a couple online videos....one showed a guy peeling off the keyboard destroying the plastic clips holding it on.
the other one showed a guy replacing the entire keyboard and power button. the latter is which i prefer, but i cant find one like he had. i even took the keyboard out and got the entire model number off it with the same result as before.
i may have to do the peel off method, but not sure if the keyboard will be as sturdy. i hope someone knows of an answer for this.

i just ordered a keyboard like the one pictured since noone seemed to know an answer to the question. thanks anyway all.
