What browser do you typically use, Judy? I used FF for years, but got frustrated with numerous foul-ups and changed to Chrome around the end of last year. So lord knows how much has been extracted by now.

So lord knows how much has been extracted by now. I have used Firefox since it was on v. 1. Have never changed. Never had any trouble with it either. I tried Chrome for a very short while but really didn't like it at all and I am not "google crazy" either. I also have Opera that I use quite often, have also tried Cliqz which is from a German company owned by Mozilla. I do like it and it is very fast. But my default is Firefox.

I stuck with Firefox for as long as possible, mostly because many of the tools I like having at my fingertips weren't available for Chrome. When I started having a lot of problems with FF (that kept recurring even after a clean re-install and killing all my add-ons), I reluctantly looked at Chrome again, and that's when I saw that most of those tools now had a Chrome version. One tool that I still can't get for Chrome that I still have to fire up FF when I want to use it is the Quirk SearchStatus applet that sits in the status bar. It's got a lot of small features that are quick and handy.
