The rule on all forums is ONE Thread for each problem. That rule is the same here. When asking for assistance please do not create multiple threads for the same problem.
In that thread if you are asked to do a step by a helper then please post the results of that suggestion in the original thread, do NOT create a new one.
If you have a question or a problem with a suggestion from a helper in that thread please ask that question in that original thread, do NOT create another thread.
Creating multiple threads for the same problem does nothing to help you or those trying to give you assistance. Creating multiple threads only causes so much confusion that many times the problem cannot be corrected. Creating multiple threads also confuses all other people who are reading along. It is too hard to go back and forth between multiple threads.
ONE PROBLEM, ONE THREAD and stick with it until that one problem is solved.
Stick with the Original until everything is fixed. Also work on only ONE problem per thread and one problem at a time.
If you have multiple problems only one can be worked on at the same time.
Wait until the original problem is fixed and then and only then create a NEW thread for the Other problem.
Also when posting a problem please state your operating system in your 1st post when requesting help. All operating systems are somewhat different and occasionally there are suggestions that would not work for all systems.
Do NOT Hi-Jack another person's thread. If you have the same or similar problem Create your OWN thread and ask a question. If you Hi-Jack another person's thread your problem will not be worked on or fixed.
We are all are here to offer help to you our friends but we cannot do that correctly unless rules are followed.
