Hopes this is good to go now.. None of your post makes sense. You said "After running malwarebyes scan it showed 2 keylogers and 1 trojan" and yet you did not post the log but then said, "for MB there was nothing to save as everything was clean" How can that be possible? You already said 2 keyloggers and 1 trojan was found. Where is that log? This AdwCleaner log is incomplete and is only a scan log. You show only ONE scan area, [ Services ] AdwCleaner scans 10 areas of the computer. On your original scans you found rootkits with Malwarebytes' and thousands of things with SUPERAntispyware. This time you have found 1 Trojan and 2 Keyloggers and again thousands of items with SUPERAntispyware. It makes absolutely no sense that AdwCleaner found nothing or only scanned one small section of the computer rather than the 10 areas that should have been scanned. Since AdwCleaner didn't complete correctly and you say MB had no log because it was clean. Malwarebytes' always creates a log even if it finds nothing. There also would have been a log showing the Trojan and Keyloggers. The computer has a major problem.

The Malwarebytes scan was incorrect. You ran a Custom scan and it only lasted 5 seconds. See attached. With a Custom Scan, you can choose what and where you want Malwarebytes to scan so you had to choose what portion of your computer you wanted scanned. Since the scan lasted 5 seconds this shows you did not configure the scan correctly. The Custom Scan only scans a small portion of the computer and is very rarely recommended and then it is something recommended by a helper on a forum not as a usual way to use Malwarebytes'. Threat Scans are the most comprehensive, take the longest but ARE the recommended way to use this program. I've used Malwarebytes' personally for many years and have never used the Custom Scan. You said a Trojan and 2 Keyloggers were found by MB??? What is MB? Where is THAT log or is that the log you posted in your other thread. Answer these questions; 1. When you say 1 Trojan and 2 Keyloggers were found are you referring to that Original Malwarebytes' scan with the log posted in the original thread or are you talking about a brand new scan? In that log there were two listings for a Rootkit and one listing for a Trojan. No Keyloggers so where is the log showing the two Keyloggers? Malwarebytes' keeps all logs. Printscreens do not show what is needed. Logs show that. 2. When you say "Each time I run SAS It finds many problems" do you mean before you corrected the settings in your browsers or do you mean despite changing those settings this problem is still happening? Just for future reference, all of this should have been posted in that original thread, newworldtech.freeforums.net/thread/461/superanti-spywareas you see, without all of the kept together this is somewhat confusing. I have MB "custom" scan running at this moment. I checked all the boxes and it's been going for over an hour. Still on File system scan. If it finishes in the next 10 minutes I'll post it, if not it will have to wait until later the scan has already detected one threat.

Didn't you read what I said in my last post? A Custom Scan is RARELY recommended and I most certainly did NOT recommend it. I said that the Threat Scan is what you need to do but since you are ignoring requested steps then I truly do not know what else to tell you.

I ran this scan early this morning.... it took 4 hours to run. Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com-Log Details- Scan Date: 3/30/18 Scan Time: 8:30 AM Log File: 44819fac-342f-11e8-9019-34e6ad72b5e5.json Administrator: Yes -Software Information- Version: 3.4.4.2398 Components Version: 1.0.322 Update Package Version: 1.0.4548 License: Trial -System Information- OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: robby-PC\robby -Scan Summary- Scan Type: Custom Scan Result: Completed Objects Scanned: 337406 Threats Detected: 1 Threats Quarantined: 1 Time Elapsed: 4 hr, 38 min, 23 sec -Scan Options- Memory: Enabled Startup: Enabled Filesystem: Enabled Archives: Enabled Rootkits: Enabled Heuristics: Enabled PUP: Detect PUM: Detect -Scan Details- Process: 0 (No malicious items detected) Module: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Key: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Value: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Data: 0 (No malicious items detected) Data Stream: 0 (No malicious items detected) Folder: 0 (No malicious items detected) File: 1 Trojan.PasswordStealer, C:\DRIVERS\AUDIO\50GPH\REALTEKHDAUDIO\VISTA64\RTLUPD64.EXE, Quarantined, [3595], [505133],1.0.4548 Physical Sector: 0 (No malicious items detected) (end) You are dealing with RickyRetardo..who knows why I did anything. All is quarantined so all should work fine now and if not I will do a clean install. Thank you for all your time and help.

Again that was a Custom Scan which is why it took over four hours and it still was not configured correctly. PUP and PUM scans were not configured correctly. They were only Enabled.
Threat Scan is what you are supposed to run and would not have taken four hours. Malwarebytes' state very clearly in their Support Guide:
I hope that you know that the file removed quite possibly was your Audio Driver and not necessarily a Trojan.
Instructions are given so that users DO know what they are supposed to do and if followed exactly there would be no confusion.
A clean install is very drastic.
