Why do I get this strange green effect on only some online videos? It appears for a few seconds on some videos but on others it is there all the time. This does not happen with videos which are stored on my computer.  |

You could try using a different browser. If the line does not appear in other browsers you can then assume it is a Firefox issue. In Firefox try going to 'Performance" in Options and first uncheck "Use recommended performance settings" This will then show the option to "Use hardware acceleration when available". Uncheck that option and restart Firefox.  |
