Is this a replacement for Adblock Plus? Firefox Focus is a browser with content and tracking protection features for android and iOS devices..I stand to be corrected on this if there had been a windows version recently released. I understand there are ways to install it on a PC but it is not intended for that purpose. I do have it on my iPad but have rarely used it so can not give an opinion. For added privacy it looks ok.

I believe you are correct Eve. I don't believe there has been a version offered for Windows, at least I couldn't find one. It actually is not new, it was released in Nov. 2016 for iPhones and iPads and then in June 2017 for Android. There are still only the two downloads listed, one for IOS and the other for Android, nothing for Windows at this time.

Thank you Judy and Eve for the response. That page (See what's new in Firefox' only popped up yesterday after I had updated Firefox to 60.0. I think it is slightly misleading in that it does not mention that it is only for Android and iOS.

How very odd. My Firefox automatically updated to 60.0 yesterday also but I didn't get that at all. I did get a What's New page but that wasn't on there at all. I have Firefox Quantum is that what you have? Are you absolutely sure that you don't have Firefox for Android? It also updated to 60.0 yesterday. Check and see for sure
The IOS version is only at version 11.0 and that version was released in April.
I'll turn on my travel computer and get the update and see what I get with that one.

I just updated to FF version 60.0 on both of my other computers and got this same "What's New" page for both and neither had any reference to Firefox Focus browser.
You said "you updated" do you manually update or allow Firefox to update itself? This is a Windows computer correct?

I do have Firefox on my Android phone. It appears to be version 59.
Firefox updated automatically when I booted my desktop yesterday morning. This is a Windows 10 Version 1803.

Do you have all your devices synced? Maybe that is why you got that information. If you have to manually update Firefox on your phone then that Android version also updated yesterday to version 60.0

The download locations of Google Play and the Apple App store maybe a pretty good clue that it is for Android or iOS
