Copied the complete URL but I get same 404 error..... shortened the link a bit to end it at the article number and this one brings up the correct page..... www.howtogeek.com/165110/It's a nice article and covers a lot of good basic info on resolving many router/connection difficulties.....

Thank for correcting the link, after reading the article I checked my router for updates and found that its firmware had been updated twice since I last checked it a year ago. All current now.
