These appear to come from Windows 10 Notifications. Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and turn off ALL notifications. Also be absolutely sure that you have Firefox set as your default browser.

Your first screen simply shows a Microsoft PAGE in Firefox. Nothing unusual about that. Do you have a specific Home page chosen for when you open Firefox ? What Startup settings do you use in Firefox? Do you have similar settings to what I show in my attachment? Note there is NO check mark in Restore Previous Session. This setting would have Firefox open on the last page you viewed. If this is chosen then your normal Start or Home page would not come up at all.
Your second screen appears to be a screen that may appear when an update is happening. Notice the words "Your progress 0% Complete" It is not uncommon to get this type of information when you are doing an update. There is absolutely NOTHING that indicates this is from Outlook 2010 it is absolutely a web page that is showing in Firefox. Not an email or an Outlook Help page.

I found this i see how it goes>>>run dialogue box again copy paste:-
ms-settings personalization-start (press enter)
Make sure show suggestions occasionally is off,
As I notice TIP's showing in your screen shot Taskbar, you can open run and type:-
cmd (then press ctrl+shift+enter)
An elevated cmd prompt will open. Copy the 5 below cmd's and right click anywhere in the cmd prompt window, select paste, most will run, you need to press enter to run the last one. These mod's are perfectly safe, I write them myself and are used on millions of computers. They disable all windows Tip's.
reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent" /v DisableSoftLanding /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent" /v DisableWindowsSpotlightFeatures /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent" /v DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection" /v DoNotShowFeedbackNotifications /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsInkWorkspace" /v AllowSuggestedAppsInWindowsInkWorkspace /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

This appears to be a registry edit but where it came from I have no idea. There is absolutely no reason to do a Registry Edit to fix something that can very easily be disabled as I noted.
Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and turn off ALL notifications.
Doing registry edits are rarely recommended because of the critical damage they can do. If the Registry Edit is done incorrectly by just one key stroke then the entire operating system can be damaged to the point it has to be re-installed.
Are you even reading the suggestions given here?
Also when you quote a post Please do not put your reply within that quote, it makes it extremely difficult to read and figure out your reply.
You do not have to quote the previous post but if you do Please make your replay BELOW the Quote Box, Not within it as I have done here.

The screens as in my attachments will occasionally appear when i open my Firefox 61.0.2 browser and when i open Outlook 2010 email another Outlook help appears. Is there a way to stop this from appearing please? Opening this page in Firefox gives an extra message at the top of the page suggesting you try Microsoft Edge with the responses "No Thanks" or "Get Started"
Is it possible this page was opened in Edge ?
The second attachment I suspect IS a website opened in Edge browser and NOT Firefox as mentioned in your question. This is after comparing Edge and Firefox icons along the top with the same page open. The page you see is accessed from the Settings three dots at the far right of the Edge Menu bar - it is the second to last one on the list entitled "Whats New and Tips".
You need to have a look at your start page in Edge to fix this. This can be done from the same place - in Settings which is the last item on the list.

Everton is 100% correct. The first attachment shows that very web page that she linked but it IS impossible to tell which browser it is though it definitely has some sort of clock theme installed on it and the Taskbar shows Firefox is open so it is probably Firefox.
I went to the page myself and it is a tip page for the Edge browser but I do also believe you are viewing this in Edge because the various things like the "Star Favorites Button" is an Edge button and not in Firefox.
The Progress Complete icon on the left side of the page with the little gold trophy showing indicates your progress reading the Tips. I tried it and that is what is indicated. I read 6 of the offered tips and thereforeI finished reading 12% of the tips shown and my attachment bears that out.
You did not answer the question asked earlier, What is your chosen Start Page for Firefox? These two pages are Microsoft Pages shown in Firefox. They would not come up on their own. You must have chosen them at some point.

You know what? You say WE should look at your previous comments, how about YOU looking at ours, because you obviously have not.
We explained what we saw about both your attachments and how the 2nd one is done in Edge. But YOU did not read that. We also have told you what these pages are from, but you didn't acknowledge that. We asked you questions about your Firefox Start Page. You didn't answer. These two pages are Microsoft Pages. They would not come up on their own. You must have chosen them at some point.
We told you that a Registry Edit is NOT what you should do, #1 because it isn't needed and #2 you can easily toast your computer. Since you have chosen to ignore our attempts to assist I have no other suggestions.
Good luck.

A few times i have said to you all re your comment>>""Notifications & actions turn off ALL notifications."" these are already turned to off all the time and the screens still appeared. I am well aware of that and if you had paid attention you would have understood that answering a question WITHIN a quote is almost impossible for people to read. Yet you kept doing it and therefore your comment was missed.
That was not the only question you were asked or suggestion you were given. You ignore the explanations and cautions that you have been given..more than once..and you ignore the other questions asked. We have no other explanations, no other suggestions and no other questions.

I must be modest, but after 2 and a half days those screens haven`t shown up. Clever? As the problem you presented never actually existed i.e. Microsoft pages opening randomly in Firefox then there was nothing to be solved.. the pages shown were in Edge. The only problem was that you mistook Edge for Firefox. If you have not opened Edge for 2 and half days the pages obviously would not appear, regardless of any registry fix that you quoted out of nowhere. Clever ? Solved ? Modest? I don’t think so.

Clever ? Solved ? Modest? I don’t think so. Are you clairvoyant, the screens appeared when i opened the browser. I never opened Edge at any time, i don`t like it. I found the registry one on another forum. it`s been 3 days now and those screens don`t show up. A technician has now approved it all. Sorry i replied within the quote. So it`s nice to be nice and honest. Cheerup.

Whether or not you deliberately opened the Edge browser the fact remains that your second screenshot was most definitely captured from Edge. I do not need to be clairvoyant to see that the back button on your screenshot is from Edge, not Firefox. Firefox back button has a circle round it. The Favourites icon is Edge. The browser you had open when you captured the screenshot was Edge. Edge could have opened after an update. I don’ know and really don’ t care how it was opened but it IS Edge and anyone reading this can check and see. Posting a reply from another forum without any reference to where it came from is not expected on this forum as it can lead to confusion as it did in your thread. The registry fix may well have worked. That you have not opened Edge or that Edge has not opened for some other reason could also be the reason you have not seen those websites.

As the OP has solved his problem I am going to lock this thread because no further purpose can be served by it.
Before I do below are three screenshots showing that the OP's original 2nd attachment was without any doubt captured from the Edge browser and not in Firefox as claimed. Apart from the arrowed icons the home icon is also slightly different.
Misunderstandings occur when suggestions are not acknowledged and when solutions originating from help asked on another forum suddenly appear with no explanation.
No clairvoyance was used or is required to spot the differences.
This is the webpage in Firefox on my pc
This is the OP's Original attachment

I found the registry one on another forum. This is a violation of ProBoard Copyright Rules.
