I am totally unfamiliar with Logitech Keyboards but there could be others here who use them and use the software and keyboard shortcuts. Give us the model number and also the version number of the software. Might help though can't promise. Have you checked to be sure that the software is the most recent version? Even though it is brand new to you there could have been a software update between the time it was manufactured and your purchase. Also check the Logitech site for possible driver update and software update. You never know.

Thanks Judy, it`s a Logitech K800 the new Logitech options 2018 Software Version: 6.92.275. i looked for updates and it says they are already done. It is difficult, iv`e been searching for days on it. To understand the options to me is quite difficult. Anyway we may stumble upon someone who has an answer. The previous way to set up setpoint settings was so easy, it had tabs "My keyboard/My Mouse to select but it`s all changed.

Thank You, there`s nothing in the link to open for my problem. In Outlook 2010-File/Options/Advanced is set to start in the Inbox folder.(see my attached) but it doesn`t when i press the F2 key. I think there could be something faulty in the Logitech Options.

I stumbled across the solution. I had "email" selected in Logitech options instead of launch application and that was opening the send email page. Now, it opens perfectly in Inbox when i push the F2 key. Thanks to all including Judy. I hope this may help others.

I think this will help others with this issue Well done on finding the solution I have my email (Thunderbird) pinned to the taskbar. It is the 2nd icon along from the start button. Pressing the Windows key and #2 opens my Thunderbird. It works for any icon up to and including #10.

Happy to hear you found the solution and better still you reported back so others can benefit from your findings.
I don't have a K800 keyboard nor do I use Outlook. I saw the link I posted on the Logitech support site not knowing if it was a possible solution or not so I posted it.
