I'm not able to use Java to play Euchre on Pogo. I've tried everything that is suggested but nothing seems to work. I do use IE 11 (the latest) on Windows 10 and have enabled Java. I'm retired with a horrible memory and I sure would like someone to help me out here. Can you?

You don't tell us what you have already tried so we are left guessing. An obvious first question to you would be to a sk if you have downloaded the latest version of java from java.com. From previous experience I know that pogo games will not work except with the latest version.

As you have found the only browser that now supports Java is Internet Explorer and that is for good reason, I am sure you are aware that Java is really very dangerous and is known for many exploits which can infect your computer. As Phil noted, if you do want to use Java then you absolutely must make sure that you are using the most current version released on October 16, 2018, which is Version 8 Update 191. Here is the ONLY place to get Java: java.com/en/download/Please be sure that you turn it off when you are not using it on Pogo because it does put your computer at great risk. So only use it when absolutely necessary |
