I received this from Krebs also. These affect or some of them affect All operating systems and please remember, as Mr. Krebs notes, Windows 10 likes to install patches all in one go and reboot your computer on its own schedule and I guarantee that it will do this so please don't panic if you have not received them yet. I haven't and they were release yesterday. I know I will get them.

Mine arrived on Wednesday which I guess was Tuesday in the US.
On Windows 10 it seemed to download and install very quickly so can not have been very big
I have experienced no problems since the update.
To avaid MS updates restarting my machine when I am absent from it I have my active hours set from 8am to 9pm during which time it will not restart.
I just select 'Restart Now" when the message appears.

I got mine too, very fast download and restart. No problems afterwards. 👍

You are up to date - yours are the same numbers as mine. Mine arrived on the 14th - which was the 13th there |
