I just tried using Firefox with AdBlockplus turned on and had no difficulty whatsoever accessing that web site. What exactly happens when you try to access it?

l get a popup saying l have a adblocker says allow or subscribe which l have and get newsletters

No place does it tell you to uninstall AdBlock. Did you click on Allow this Domain? As I said, I am able to access the site without any warning from AdBlockPlus and it IS turned on. When I visit the page there are 14 items blocked on the page and I am Not told to turn it off.
Here are the settings I use for AdBlockplus are yours the same?
Also here are Privacy settings I use in Firefox, are yours the same?

Did you click the yellow button shown in your print screen that says "Allow this Domain"? I asked you this earlier and you didn't answer it.
You might also try whitelisting.
Have you ever been able to access this site with Firefox? What version of Firefox are you using? Most current version is v 66.02

I have no idea what that is a picture of, you are supposed to whitelist it on AdBlockPlus and that most definitely is not AdBlockPlus Here is Whitelist on AdBlockPlus
And here is the place to allow on Firefox

when l click on allow that pops up Which means you have to allow it in AdBlockPlus just like my attachments show. If you don't want to go through all this then use another browser that you said didn't block it. I gave all of the suggestions I know to do. Why it is blocked in your firefox I have no idea as I can access it without trouble and without doing anything with AdBlockPlus. It opens just fine for me. |

You could try clearing the cache in Firefox.
Otherwise use a different browser as you have proved that as a solution
