I got it on April 2, it brings the build number to Version 1809 Build 17763.404. It is not the "April 2019 Update" which will change the version number to 1903. The scheduled "April 2019 update" is now being called the "May 2019 Update" as its release is being delayed until May due to additional testing prior to its release.
Edit: Just checked my copy of May 2019 pre release Current build # is Version 1903 18362.30
