I tried using Windows update, but it says it's stopped. It says to restart my computer, so I did. Still stopped. I checked on where to turn windows programs on, and clicked enable all, and restarted. Still stopped.
I read it's supposed to be updatable till January 2020, so I don't know why it's not working. I checked updates, and it was 2018 wjen it last updated. I had it set to let me check for updates, but changed it to update automatically, but it didn't. I'm at a loss.
I ran Belarc Advisor and it showed me a big list of updates I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated.

You should also check to be sure that Windows Update Service is turned on and set to Run Automatically. Go to Start, Search, type in services.msc and press Enter When Services opens then scroll down to Windows Update and Right click and click on Properties. A box will open, Next to Startup type, click on the drop down menu and select Automatic click Apply. Then click on the Start button and click OK.
If the Start option is grayed out and will not start, then you will need to restart the computer to start it after you set it to Automatic and clicked OK.
