Interesting reads I have never used chrome and only recently ‘converted’ to Firefox a few years ago when Quantum launched and they ditched google as default search engine. . They have now reverted back to google search as the default. I know this can be changed but Firefox still gets its revenue from searches and those of us that choose to use an alternative search are still benefiting from using a free browser at the expense of the privacy of the majority of users still using google. Anyone using an Android phone is also part of the google system. I do not know if Firefox is ‘better’ than chrome for everyone. For my purposes it is. Edge is my second used browser.

I truly didn't post these links to attack Chrome, everyone has their own favorite browser and all are free to make their own choice of course. I just found both the video and articles very interesting and worth posting.
I used Chrome for a very, very short time when it first came out but I had begun using Firefox shortly after it was first released a couple years before on the advice of a very good friend who worked in and taught computer programming at O.S.U. and I just didn't like Chrome and I dumped it, stuck with Firefox and never looked back. My second choice, like Eve is EDGE. I really do like it.
My default search on both browsers is DuckDuckGo and has been on Firefox since its inception. I have fully removed google and bing from the options given in Firefox too. I also have Opera browser, again DuckDuckGo as default search and also Vivaldi again with DuckDuckGo as default search. I don't use either of those browsers often but keep them fully updated. My favorite of course is Firefox
