OMG! Absolutely breath taking! Thank you for posting this Barney. I may have worn out the video, I have played it four times already. That is one of my all time favorite songs. These ladies are absolutely remarkable.
The only thing I can say is Hallelujah!

Thank You for sharing... Originally written and recorded by Leonard Cohen in 1984 on his album Various Positions "Hallelujah is a Hebrew word which means 'Glory to the Lord.' Cohen references some of the more well known woman in the scriptures in his songs. "She tied you to her kitchen chair, she broke your throne and she cut your hair" - Delilah, who cut off Sampson's locks that held his superhuman strength. "But remember when I moved in you and the holy dove was moving too" - This could be a reference to the divine conception and Mary. "I'm not looking for a new religion. I'm quite happy with the old one, with Judaism." —unquote

These ladies are just amazing Brian. Do you know somebody in the group? Listening to these ladies sing is truly an uplifting experience. Hope the hospital patients can hear them cause it certainly would help speed their recovery's.

I just happened to be in the hospital visiting a friend and came across the choir as I was leaving. The hospital is huge and nearly all patients are in individual rooms in two separate wings, so I doubt if most would be able to hear. The atrium is huge, so I was amazed by the acoustics it provided.

They are great and so nice to see them enjoying themselves so much. I especially like their version of Hallelujah. I listen to Leonard Cohen singing it often and never tire of it. I read that it took him 5 years to complete the song. He was a wonderful poet as well
