I`ve been using DVDFAB for a long time but recently i cannot connect to it in any way. Also, DVDFAB Forum has no option to create a new thread to ask what`s going on. I have sent 6 emails to the forum but no replies have come to me yet.
Maybe someone in this forum may have an answer. I have dvd copy never to expire. see attachment please. Terry

Have never heard of DVDFAB before but have you tried reinstalling it?

“DVDFab 11 is totally free to existing paid users of previous generations with valid licenses.” above is from the site m.dvdfab.cn/dvdfab11 So you may want to get that version if reinstalling has not already solved the problem. It it has been around for a long time and has a good reputation |

I have had DVDFAB free for ages Eve,haven`t used it for a long time. I opened this m.dvdfab.cn/dvdfab11 but it asks to buy. What`s happening i can only open DVDFAB first page but get any further e.g. dvd copy or any other.Terry

According to the web site it appears that it is not Free. As Eve posted, "DVDFab 11 is totally free to existing paid users of previous generations with valid licenses.” Meaning if you have a previously paid for copy then you can download this new version for free.
It appears you are going to have to pay for it in order to use it. I know everywhere else that it is offered for download the only thing offered is a Free Trial and after 30 days it must be paid for in order to continue to use it.

I understood the screenshot indicated that a previous product had already been registered and the licence would “never expire”
If you have not used your current version for a long time terry perhaps it is not compatible with windows 10
If you still have the original download file did you try reinstalling as suggested ?

Now I AM confused. After reading Eve's reply I took another look at your print screen and it "appears" that you have a license that will never expire BUT you say and have said twice now that you "had it free for a long time" so...did you originally pay for it or not? If you never paid then you will have to pay but if you did pay then you should be able to download the newest version which you likely should do because an older version may not work with Windows 10.

Years ago i was using something else and one of the Administrators said why are you using that, use DvdFab copy, i said i will when i can afford it. He said ok DvdFab agreed to give you Dvd copy "never to expire" no charge. It is true and i don`t know why they were so generous. So, i`m getting support from my friend a technician and somehow find a solution. J thank you for your effort to help and Eve. Terrt

Not sure what forum you were visiting when an Administrator asked why you were using that, World Start maybe? Certainly not here because this is the only thread here where this has been referenced and neither budgall nor I had heard of the program. Eve has heard of it but I figure if it had been her she would have mentioned it here.
Can you go back to that forum and ask that Administrator about it? |

Just remember that a lot of Apps., Programs etc. get updated because of security reasons and better features. The security reason is what would concern me. Not saying that is why they updated it.
