I am having problems connecting to my mobile phone providers website. The attached message appears every time I try to connect.
Any suggestions?

Presume you are doing this via your computer. What browser? Have you tried with multiple browsers? Have you disabled cookies or refused them as suggested in the error? Of course I do not have a mobile phone from your company nor do I belong to the web site but had no problems connecting to that log in page. I was using Firefox v. 70 to do so. We need some more information.
EDIT: Just tried connecting to the web site, id.ee.co.uk/id/login with all of my other browsers, All are up to date and had no difficulty connecting with any of them. EDGE, Opera, Vivaldi, and I.E.

It is very possible that you have a corrupted cookie on your Firefox. On Firefox, go to Tools, Options, Privacy and Security, Cookies and Site Data, Manage Data. When that opens go through the list and delete ALL cookies for id.ee.co.uk/ and then try again...be sure you do know your correct user name and password of course for the site.

Once again Judy you have hit the nail on the head. I deleted all cookies (about 20) and I can now log in without any problem.

Generally problems like this indicate a corrupted cookie, most of the time this will do the trick.
