For the past couple years our sales have been painfully slow, and over that period, we’ve had to inject the company with tens of thousands of dollars from our other business and our personal accounts just to keep it afloat. This problem has accelerated over the last six months and the truth is, not only are we constantly adding thousands to the company, we haven’t been taking paychecks either....Running an online store is expensive. Our site is literally falling apart. You’ve experienced the glitched orders, missing emails, and weird subscription issues with newsletters. Fixing them would require a complete overhaul of the site and store at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars. And we just don’t have the income coming in now to make that happen.

 Finally, the way people use the internet and technology has changed over the years. While many people still enjoy learning about their computers, smartphones, etc., most are content to use the device and simply head to Google when they need an answer to a problem. This is reflected in our Tech Tips subscriber count. Over the last 5~8 years, it’s been steadily shrinking and we simply aren’t getting new subscribers.
