I just downloaded Avira Free Anti virus. I had Panda but switched to Avira. Thank you for your advice. I would appreciate it. Marie Please let me know what to delete and or keep:
Avira Avira Phantom VPN Avira Privacy Pal Avira Software Updater Avira System Speedup I already uninstalled Opera Browser, I prefer Firefox. |

Avira Software Updater*
Avira System Speedup*I already uninstalled Opera Browser, I prefer Firefox. You do not need any of those that I have Starred, Bolded and listed in Red. All you need is the Anti-virus itself, you need nothing else. No reason really to uninstall Opera even if you prefer Firefox. It always helps to have additional browsers just in case your preferred browser has a problem. If something happened to Firefox you would only be left with IE to be able to work through in order to correct a Firefox failure, certainly NOT the browser that you must depend on. |

Re: Avira Free......Yesterday, January 29, 2020 .....Avira asked me to update my Free Avira.....well this morning when I went to check my tools I found the following:
Avira
Avira Antivirus
Avira Phantom VPN
Avira Security
Avira Software Updater
Avira System Speedup
So I went to my notes that I had from you and deleted the following:
Avira Phantom VPN*
Avira Software Updater*
Avira System Speedup*
but now I have the following:
Avira 1/21/2020
Avira Antivirus 1/29/2020
Avira Security 1/29/2020
What is your advice? Thank you.....Marie (you really have to be on your toes at all times)....
