This is what shows about my November Windows update: Installed date: Installed: 6/4/2019 12:24:05 PM If it's a November update how come the install date shows June ? I'm sure there is an explanation that is getting past my tired brain.
Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 1909 (build 18363.476) Install Language: English (United States) System Locale: English (United States) Installed: 6/4/2019 12:24:05 PM Servicing Branch: Current Branch (CB)

You do have the most current update but they started rolling it out in mid Nov.are you absolutely certain of the date shown? You need to take another look at Installed updates and you should see something similar to my attachment. You likely should see 2 Feature updates with a down arrow, click it; the June update was to 1903 and then the Nov. 2019 update was the one to 1909 Attachments:

What was in my post was copied directly from windows update "OS info" after reading your post I dug deeper into that windows update page and came across the same thing as you have. I'm just going to chalk it up to a Microsoft software"BURP" Next time I use my brothers lap top we'll see what it looks like there --thanks for the reply.

It is Not a glitch, there is nothing wrong with your computer because All up to date computers will show the very same thing. The date reads June because the last two updates have the very same KB number. Read this page;
