Not exactly clear here Jerry, do you mean this is actually another user account? If so, how did this get onto the computer in the first place if it was your daughters and you supposedly did a complete Install of windows 10 to get all her things off.
Have you tried running the cursor over the name which should highlight it (Don't Click on it) and then hitting the Delete key?
EDIT: If this is actually a separate user account then do the following; Go to Settings>Accounts>Family and other people. Click on this wayne chapman name and then you should have the option to Remove it. You'll be asked if you want to remove data, files, folders, etc., click on Delete Account and Data. After that the name should no longer appear on the log in screen.

Hi Judy I tried both things that you noted and neither of them worked out like I said it's not cauding a problem or anything .but its just strange how it got on here when i was setting everything after the complete install I didn't even think of my middle name ..wayne or my wifes maiden name and I sure didn't type them in anywhere it has been 2 years since I used that name and I have never touched this pc until my daughter gave it to me .well since there is no problem I guess I will just forget about it thanks anyway .Jerry

If it was a backup disk made of your current or the computer that used that name on it then that is where it came from and there isn't anything you can do about it.

That's really creepy! Unless, is is possible that your daughter, when she set these up in her office used that name to do it? Maybe to protect her business interests or something? It is no big deal but I like to know the answer to a mystery!
Maybe "sherlock holmes" will stop by with the answer.

Are you on a network? I have seen Windows 10 pull things from attached network computers when doing a clean install on a computer.

Are you using the same Microsoft account as on your previous computer ? Maybe additional users are always associated with the account. I have read that very recently the ability to sign into a new Windows 10 with a local account has been removed (from during the setup) and a Microsoft account is required. Did you create a new one or use your existing one ? It may by syncing with your other machine if you are using the one you used before and Wayne Chapman had been added as an extra user back then.
