Is your computer fully up to date? Including Video drivers? How are you trying to watch these, via a browser or are you downloading them and watching them through some sort of viewer?
We need much more information. Where do you see these posted? Give a link for one of them.

As has been pointed out above you don't say just how you are trying to view videos. I might suggest that if you aren't already using VLC to view them, that you download, install, and use VLC for video viewing. In my experience it is the most capable viewer available for free.

I am just watching these videos on facebook, of other people that have posted them, I didn't use to have problems, but within the last couple months or so I can't watch any video. Yes my computer is up to date on everything that I know of. I am not sure about my video driver have never had to update that before.
Thanks

Are you watching these via your browser or a viewer? Makes a difference. If browser then what browser and is it up to date? If it is a viewer then what viewer and is it up to date?
Give us the make and model of computer. Check with the mfgr. of the computer I know that both Dell and HP will show you if you need new or updated drivers.
Do you personally know the people posting the videos? Sometimes that can be very dangerous watching a video from an unknown person, very easy way to get malware on your computer.

I watch videos all the time on my Facebook page which have been posted by others. Doesn't matter which browser is used, they are on the Facebook server.

Dell has a very simple way on its website to scan your personal computer and tell you if you need driver updates. You should do this, at a minimum, of twice a year. Some drivers found will only be available from Dell but others found should be downloaded from the specific manufacturer of the hard ware. You may need a new video driver if you have never updated itl

Linda, it would be most helpful to people really trying to help you is that you give full information about your computer. I had to go through three other threads you started in the past in order to find out what operating system you are using that should be included in every single question asked. Solutions are often different for each operating system. From now on please include full info about the computer when requesting assistance.
For instance, you might also try using another browser, NOT IE but try the Microsoft Edge that is on Windows 10, if that is the os you are using. I have found if I have a problem doing something on Firefox if I use EDGE I have no problems at all.

I am sorry that I didn't put all the information about my computer, I did check my drives and all is up to date, I did switch to Microsoft Edge and al the videos are now working so I guess if I want to do facebook I will have to go into Microsoft Edge. Is there a reason why it won't work in Firefox anymore?
Thanks Linda B

Is there a reason why it won't work in Firefox anymore? Thanks Linda B Since the videos play on EDGE then this tells me the problem lies with Firefox. This also should tell you when you have a problem with one browser then try another and see if the problem happens with that browser also. If it does then the problem is likely either caused by what you are trying to do or with a problem on your computer. I can see videos from Facebook with Firefox so you either have a setting wrong or possibly you don't have a plug-in enabled.
Firefox has become much stricter of recent months for security reasons. Check your Firefox add-ons and see if you have the plug-in H.264 codec installed (it is supposed to be automatically installed) and users must keep it enabled. Many streaming videos rely on the H.264 codec in order to work. If you have that disabled then that could be the reason you cannot play the videos. Enable it.

While the computer discussed in this answer is a Windows 7, these replies would also apply to YOUR computer. This is directly from Firefox Support;

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
Options/Preferences -> General: Performance remove checkmark: [ ] "Use recommended performance settings" remove checkmark: [ ] "Use hardware acceleration when available"
