Have tried device manager and disabled and enabled the adapter but to no avail. Lots of sites don`t load, but sometimes clicking Try Again they load. Firefox 74.0 64 bit Windows 10 Attachments:

I just tried it and reached the site without problems. Suggest you try again. I used Firefox 74 to access the site

I had no trouble using Edge Chromium. Suggest you empty your temp files. Possibly reset your modem. This will often do the trick with problems like this.

You mention "lots of sites don't load" so problem is not that particular site (I had no problem using Safari and Firefox 74 browsers on an Apple MacBook Pro getting to that particular horse racing site).... Several things you might try is to power off your modem and the computer, then restart each in enable clearing out temp files and help speed up modem connections..... Using Firefox Safe Mode (Help >> Restart with Add-ons Disabled) try connecting to that and other sites to see if it is an add-on interfering with web connections. If no problems, then enable your add-ons one by one to see which one might be causing connection problems..... without knowing whether firewall enabled or being used, any AV program being used, and security features being used (none posted in your post) it would be hard to specify a particular problem... just a matter of a little detective work on your part to eliminate possibilities one by one....
