What does the yellow symbol mean?

A yellow exclamation point next to a device in Device Manager means that Windows has identified a problem of some kind with that device in this case the USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller. Usually if you open Device Manager and then click on that ONE item that has the exclamation point and when that opens Right click each entry then click uninstall
Exit then restart
Windows 10 will then re-detect and reinstall them.
Post back to let us know if this works.

Click on uninstall device. Once the device has been uninstalled, restart your computer. Windows should discover the missing device and reinstall the driver.
