I have tried to install Team Viewer on my my computers so that I can access both my home and office computers from home. Every time I try to login the app tells me that the remote computer is offline. I know for a fact that it is online. Any other method of remotely accessing a computer?

What version of Windows do they have? Both computers are Windows 10 Home and are up to date.

The computer needs to be online and Teamviewer needs to be running on the computer you wish to connect to. I have never had a problem with Teamviewer, recheck your setup.

I have not had problems. Could this setting be an issue - do you have your lists correctly configured - i.e. are each of your computers on the other one's list ?

Barney i can not get to my computer right now but from memory you go into a Menu. (Top left) then select Options from the list and then select Contacts/computers. I do not have the latest version so the layout may be different for you. I have version 12.
