I have tried to install Team Viewer on my my computers so that I can access both my home and office computers from home. Every time I try to login the app tells me that the remote computer is offline. I know for a fact that it is online. Any other method of remotely accessing a computer?

What version of Windows do they have? Both computers are Windows 10 Home and are up to date. |

The computer needs to be online and Teamviewer needs to be running on the computer you wish to connect to. I have never had a problem with Teamviewer, recheck your setup.

I have not had problems. Could this setting be an issue - do you have your lists correctly configured - i.e. are each of your computers on the other one's list ? |

Barney i can not get to my computer right now but from memory you go into a Menu. (Top left) then select Options from the list and then select
Contacts/computers.
I do not have the latest version so the layout may be different for you. I have version 12.
